- Owner’s responsibility: the owner is responsible for the care, behaviour and wellbeing of their animal throughout the entire stay. The animal must always remain under the owner’s supervision and must not create any danger, disturbance or discomfort for other guests.
- Animals in the accommodation: for the safety and wellbeing of the animal, no pet may be left alone or unattended inside the room/accommodation, even for short periods. Whenever the owner leaves the accommodation, they must take their animal with them. Pets may therefore not be left alone in the room, even inside a carrier, pen, crate or other designated space.
- Access to common areas: in common areas, animals must remain under close control at all times. Dogs must be kept on a leash, except in any areas specifically designated as suitable for off-leash access. Animals must not cause disturbance, fear or discomfort to other guests.
- Cleanliness and hygiene: owners are responsible for keeping the areas used by their animals clean and for immediately cleaning up any waste. Showers, sinks, beds or other facilities of the property may not be used for washing or cleaning animals, unless otherwise authorised.
- Furniture and facilities: animals are not permitted on beds, sofas, armchairs or other furniture, unless otherwise authorised. Owners are kindly encouraged to use any available towels or protective coverings to prevent pet hair, stains or damage.
- Noise and disturbance: owners are responsible for ensuring that their animals do not disturb other guests, particularly during quiet hours. In the event of persistent barking, meowing, vocalisation or other disruptive behaviour, the owner must intervene promptly.
- Outdoor areas: animals may only access areas of the property where pets are expressly permitted. Animals must not be left unattended in gardens, terraces, balconies or other common areas.
- Damage and liability: the owner is responsible for any damage caused by their animal to people, other animals, furnishings, property or equipment. Any additional costs resulting from damage, excessive soiling, or additional cleaning and restoration work will be charged to the owner.
- Health and wellbeing: animals staying at the property must be in good health. Owners are responsible for ensuring that their animals receive appropriate care, food and protection throughout their stay. Owners are also responsible for complying with any applicable health, vaccination and documentation requirements under current legislation.
- Compliance with the rules: failure to comply with these rules, or any behaviour by an animal that causes serious disturbance, damage or creates a dangerous situation, may result in the Management taking the necessary measures, in accordance with applicable law.
- Acceptance of the pet policy: bringing a companion animal onto the property constitutes the owner’s acceptance of these rules.
