Earth
A chance to live again after many dormant years

A commitment, not a challenge
A new lease of life
Our little patch of land was neglected for many years. We knew it had potential so we lovingly brought it back to life. Much like the daisies that bloom in spring, it’s blossomed into an inviting sanctuary for all our guests. Swallows included.

Welcome to Nuali
More than just a friendly farm
At Nuali you’ll find almost twenty hectares of grapevines, olive trees, fruit trees and vegetables, plus a wheat field. We favour Sardinian hospitality, delicious Mediterranean flavours and biodiversity over mechanical farming techniques and chemicals.

Two hectares of liquid nectar
Discover Nuali’s Cannonau and Vermentino wines
Arriving at the farm, you’re immediately greeted by rows of vineyards. At Nuali, we skilfully tend to our vines, avoiding chemicals in favour of expertise, love and patience. If you value ethics as much as flavour, then you’ll love our organic wine.

Fruity, intense, Sardinian
Two hectares of ancient olive trees, as old as the island itself
Wild olive trees – including traditional Sardinian varieties Bosana and Leccino – were already growing on the island when the Phoenicians and Ancient Greeks first landed here. The rest, as they say, is history. And a particularly fragrant one at that.

Fresh seasonal produce
A hectare and a half of fruit trees
Nuali is home to almost 400 plant species, including apple, pear, orange, lemon, clementine, plum, peach, apricot, fig, pomegranate and almond trees. We have myrtle, honey and countless vegetables. And our 40 hens lay fresh eggs every day. A little gastronomic garden of Eden!
