Flavour
Our windswept land infuses its gifts with exquisite flavour

Today will be a good day
Breakfast at Nuali is a sun salutation
The smell of bread straight from the oven. A table laden with fresh fruit and eggs, which you can collect from the hens and orchard yourself. Freshly squeezed juice and delicious cake. And Emilia humbly working her magic in the kitchen. At Nuali, it really is a good morning.

As the sun goes down
Evenings of taste
When you return from a day exploring the wonders of Gallura, prepare yourself for an unparalleled culinary experience. Giovanni will be happy to welcome you with a pre-booked aperitif celebrating the authentic flavours of Sardinia. Local cheeses and cured meats accompanied by Sardinian honey and homemade jams. Pizzas, focaccias and savoury pies, all strictly handmade. And then the vegetables from our garden. At Nuali, every flavour has a real story to tell.

Fruity, intense, Sardinian
Two hectares of ancient olive trees, as old as the island itself
Wild olive trees – including traditional Sardinian varieties Bosana and Leccino – were already growing on the island when the Phoenicians and Ancient Greeks first landed here. The rest, as they say, is history. And a particularly fragrant one at that.

Two hectares of liquid nectar
Discover Nuali’s Cannonau and Vermentino wines
Arriving at the farm, you’re immediately greeted by rows of vineyards. At Nuali, we skilfully tend to our vines, avoiding chemicals in favour of expertise, love and patience. If you value ethics as much as flavour, then you’ll love our organic wine.

Fresh seasonal produce
A hectare and a half of fruit trees
Nuali is home to almost 400 plant species, including apple, pear, orange, lemon, clementine, plum, peach, apricot, fig, pomegranate and almond trees. We have myrtle, honey and countless vegetables. And our 40 hens lay fresh eggs every day. A little gastronomic garden of Eden!
