Step back in time
A land of giants and saints
Feel the whispers of ancient civilisations at Li Mizzani archaeological site just a few miles from Nuali. This ancient Nuragic three-metre-high monument dates back to around 1,500 B.C. and marks the giants’ tomb. Saint George’s country church is also close by.

Land of the giants
In Sardinia you can feel the footprints of the past. Giant, mysterious monuments like the giants’ tombs were built during the Bronze Age by the Nuragic civilisation. In the past, it was believed such impressive graves could only have been erected by giants.
